Contact Us
Many services provided by Shapiro BrainHealth Group are “insurance friendly” and may be covered in full or in part by your medical or mental health insurance plans. We are not in-network with any insurance companies, however. We provide Good Faith Estimates of anticipated costs prior to appointments and superbills for you to file claims with insurance companies if you may be eligible for reimbursement from them. See our FAQ for additional information about this.
Most in-person services are provided in my Charlotte, NC office, with additional services in Atlanta and Des Moines, and via Telehealth.
Charlotte Office
Our office is in the Dilworth neighborhood and convenient to I-85, I-77, and Uptown Charlotte, in the Atherton Park office complex, with ample off-street parking.
